On July 3, 2018. the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Albert Brady, 33, of Albion, with harassment. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.
On July 8, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Michael Moore, 22, of Medina, with unlawful possession of marijuana and following too closely. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Clarendon Court at a later date.
On July 14, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Jonathan Hoy, 44, of Holley, with DWI/ 1st Offense, refusal to take breath test, and moving from a lane unsafely. He was arraigned by the Town of Clarendon Court and released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to return to the Town of Clarendon Court at a later date.
On July 16, 2018, at the Albion Walmart, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Rion Pawlak, 37, of Albion, with petit larceny and endangering the welfare of a child. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court at a later date.
On July 18, 2018, at the Albion Walmart, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Yzauntianaqueazja Morris, 18, of Albion, with petit larceny. She was arraigned by the Town of Albion Court and remanded to the Jail on $100 cash bail. Morris is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court at a later date.
On July 20, 2018, at the Albion Walmart, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Shirley Fleckenstein, 59, of Ransomville, with petit larceny. She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court at a later date.
On July 20, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Amanda Chamberlain, 24, of Holley, with unlawful possession of marijuana, failure to stop at a stop sign, and speed not reasonable and prudent. She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Clarendon Court at a later date.
