Eschenlauer is scheduled to appear in City Court on August 15, 2018 at 9:00a.m. to answer the charges.
Jennifer N. Wenner, 31, of Wood St., Batavia, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI/with a BAC greater than .18%, consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle, obstructed view and disorderly conduct after an investigation into a disturbance at a gas station at 204 West Main street on August 2, 2018 at 1:58a.m.
Wenner was charged with disorderly conduct for urinating in a public place.
Dalton C. Kelly, 20, of Chase Park, Batavia, is charged with criminal mischief 4th and harassment 2nd after police responded to and address in Batavia on July 30, 2018 for a male out of control who allegedly damaged property.
Kelly was issued an appearance ticket and appeared in City Court on July 31, 2018.
Nasir C. Nathan, 22, of W. Main St., LeRoy, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after allegedly making verbal threats to a person who is a protected party in a stay away order of protection against him.
The incident occurred on Watson street on July 24, 2018.
Nathan was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in city Court on August 14, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
Michael L. Jackson, 37, of Maple St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after he allegedly stole from Tops Supermarkets at 390 West Main street on July 27, 2018.
Jackson was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on August 14, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
Ahdeosun R. Aiken, 20, of Ellicott Ave., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after allegedly violating an order of protection during a domestic incident on Walnut street on August 3, 2018.
Aiken was arraigned in City Court and released on his own recognizance and appeared in court today at 1:00p.m.
Taylor L. Finnin, 25, of S. Swan St., Batavia, is charged with trespass after allegedly trespassing at a residence on S. Main street after being told he was not allowed there. The incident occurred on July 29, 2018.
Finnin was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on August 7, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
Dustin W. Bogue, 36, no permanent address, Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after he allegedly entered a convenient store at 204 West Main street and stole property on August 3, 2018 at 1:41 a.m.
Bogue will appear in City Court on August 7, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
Shane E. Dann, 41, of Swan St., Batavia, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of City Court for failure to appear for a scheduled court appearance on February 18, 2018.
