Alejandro Chaparro, 53, of Braley Rd., Ransomville, NY, is charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and harassment 2nd after allegedly pushing and following 11 and 9 year old girls on Main street in Batavia on August 4, 2018 at 9:29p.m.
Chaparro was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and will re-appear in the Town of Batavia Court on August 27, 2018.
Barbra A. Nehl, 75, of W. Main St., Corfu, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing $33.70 worth of merchandise from a retail store at 9195 Alleghany road in Pembroke on August 5, 2018.
Nehl passed all points of purchase.
Nehl was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on August 23, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
Two females, a 17 year old and a 16 year old, are facing charges after a complaint of a motor vehicle accident at Crosby’s at 47 Alleghany road in Corfu on August 5, 2018 at 11:21 a.m.
The 16 year old is charged with DWI/drugs and unsafe backing after a property damage accident. She was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Corfu Village Court on October 1, 2018 at 1:00p.m. to answer the charges.
The 17 year old was allegedly found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana during the arrest of the 16 year old.
She was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Corfu Village Court on September 10, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
