Patrick A. Thompson, 36, of Gabbey Rd., Pembroke, is charged with assault 3rd, endangering the welfare of a child and menacing 3rd after a domestic incident in the Town of Pembroke on August 5, 2018.
Thompson allegedly assaulted a woman who is pregnant, endangering the welfare of her unborn child.
Thompson also is accused of threating the woman with physical injury.
He was arraigned in the Town of Pembroke Court on August 6, 2018 and jailed in lieu of $10,000 cash and $20,000 bond bail .
Thompson will re-appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on August 14, 2018 at 4:30p.m.
Stephanie M. Burmeier, 33, of Payne Ave., North Tonawanda, is charged with petit larceny and harassment 2nd after allegedly stealing merchandise from a souvenir shop inside the Darien Lake Theme Park on August 6, 2018 at 6:10p.m.
Burmeier then allegedly kicked one of the security personnel who was attempting to detain her.
She will be arraigned in Darien Town Court on September 4, 2018 at 4:00p.m.
