ORELANS COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Holley woman charged with endangering the welfare of a child

On July 26, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Hillary Rowe, 33, of Holley, with endangering the welfare of a child and 2 counts of harassment. She was arraigned in the Town of Murray Court and remanded to the jail on $500 cash bail. Rowe is scheduled to return to the Town of Murray Court at a later date.

On August 1, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Eric Lorback, 34, of Holley, with harassment 2nd. He was arraigned in the Town of Clarendon Court and released on his own recognizance. Lorback is scheduled to return to the Town of Clarendon Court at a later date.

On August 2, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Jeremy McPhee, 35, of Medina, with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, unlawful possession of marijuana, consumption of alcohol in motor vehicle, and driving without an inspection. McPhee was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Shelby Court at a later date.
