Leanne A. Lathrop, 27, of Wyoming, was arrested on August 6, 2018 in the Village of Perry. Lathrop was arrested on a charge of petit larceny after allegedly taking multiple items from Dollar General in Perry without paying.
Lathrop was processed and released on recognizance. She will appear in court on September 11, 2018 at 1:00p.m..
