Newly hired City Manager Dr. Marty Moore held a press conference at City Centre this afternoon via Skype from Eunice, New Mexico.
Moore and his wife Joanne and their 17 year old son will be moving to the City of Batavia soon, Moore starts the job on October 15, 2018.
