Andrew M. Cerrillo, 27, of Stony Pt. Rd., Grand Island, NY, is charged with felony DWI, previous conviction within 10 years, speeding in a zone, not turn signal and expired 2017 10 day inspection after a traffic stop for speeding on Main road in Stafford on August 14, 2018 at 3:35a.m.
Cerrillo refused a breath test and was arraigned in Stafford Town Court. He was held on $5,000 cash bail and $10,000 bond.
Alexandria C. Pisarek, 25, of Maple Ave. Rd., Oakfield, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th following a transport to the Genesee County Jail on August 15, 2018. Pisarek allegedly possessed 20 small bags of heroin.
Pisarek was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on October 16, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
Matthew P. Sunseri, 33, of Harlem Rd., Rochester, is charged with DWI and aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more after a disturbance at the Darien Lake Theme Park parking lot on August 12, 2018.
Sunseri was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Darien Town Court on September 4, 2018 at 3:00p.m.
Dylan R. Brandt, 25, of Larrowe St., Cohocton, NY, is charged with trespass after allegedly re-entering the Darien Lake Theme park after having been ejected for shoplifting merchandise from a gift shop there on August 11, 2018.
Brandt will be arraigned in Darien Town Court on August 21, 2018 at 3:00p.m.
