STATE POLICE/Warsaw woman arrested after striking several mailboxes in the Town of Perry

On August 18, 2018 at 2:28PM, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Heather Aldinger, 42, of Warsaw, NY for driving while intoxicated, prior conviction, leaving the scene of an accident, moving from lane unsafely, license restriction violation and operating a vehicle with obstructed vision.
On August 18, 2018 ,Troopers received a 9-1-1 call of a vehicle that struck several mailboxes and continued traveling. The vehicle was then located on Burke Hill road in the Town of Perry. Aldinger was located with vehicle. She was placed under arrest after failing multiple sobriety tests and was then transported to State Police Warsaw for processing.

Aldinger recorded a .14% BAC.

She was arraigned in the Town of Covington and transported to the Wyoming County Jail on $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond. Aldinger appeared in the Town of Covington on August 20, 2018 at 7:00P.M.

 

 

On August 19, 2018 at 8:35PM, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Mark J. Indelicato, 57, of Bloomfield, NY, for driving while intoxicated and speed over 55mph.
On August 19, 2018, Troopers stopped Indelicato on Route 63 in Town of Covington for speeding.

Indelicato was placed under arrest after failing multiple sobriety tests. He was transported to SP Batavia for processing.

Indelicato recorded a .14% BAC.

He was arraigned in the Town of  Covington and released on his own recognizance. Indelicato was issued traffic tickets to appear in the Town of Covington on September 17, 2018 at 7:00PM.
