WYOMING COUNTY/Perry Police arrest Attica man for forcible touching and sexual abuse

On August 25, 2018, Officer Post arrested Cody Crandall, 21, of  Main St., Attica, for sexual abuse 1st, forcible touching, and endangering the welfare of a child following an investigation of an incident that occurred on North Main Street in the Village of Perry.

During the investigation, it was discovered that Crandall allegedly had sexual contact with a five year old female.

Crandall was arraigned in Perry Village Court with the recommendation of $20,000.00 cash bail or bond from the Wyoming County District Attorney’s Office. Crandall was later committed to the Wyoming County Jail on $5,000.00 cash bail or $5,000.00 bond. Crandall has a return court date of September 11, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. to answer his charges.
