Appearing in Genesee County Court this afternoon with his attorney Ben Bonarigo Sr., Michael Brade Jr., 34, of Batavia pleaded guilty to failure to register his email address within 10 days/1st offense, class E felony, in front of Judge Sanford Church of Orleans County. He will be sentenced September 24, 2018 at 11:00a.m. and face no more that 1-3 years.
Brade was in possession of a smartphone and was not allowed to have one. It was discovered he also had an email address and did not register it within 10 days. The account was open for one year.
Brade is a level 3 sex offender.
Brade is currently being held on a parole warrant.
Bail was set at $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond
