Domingo Gomez-Gomez, 50, of Alexander, has been indicted by a Genesee County Grand Jury and is accused of the crime of rape 1st degree, a class B violent felony. On or about April 28, 2018, in the Town of Alexander, Gomez-Gomez engaged in sexual intercourse with another person by forcible compulsion.
In count two of the indictment, Gomez-Gomez is accused of criminal possession of a forged instrument 2nd , class D felony. On or about May 4, 2018, in the Town of Alexander, Gomez- Gomez allegedly possessed a forged instrument, a United States of America Social Security card with knowledge that it was forged and with intent to defraud, deceive or injure another.
