A Genesee County Grand jury has indicted a Bergen man on charges of sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child in a five count indictment.
Colin R. Wickings, 24, is accused of sexual abuse 1st, a class D violent felony after an incident that occurred about the end of June or early July in 2016 in the Town of Bergen where Wickings subjected another person to sexual contact, the other person being less than 11 years old, a 9 year old female.
Count two of the indictment further accuses Wickings of the crime of sexual abuse 1st after he subjected another person, a 9 year old female to sexual contact by forcible compulsion in or about the end of June or early July 2016 in the Town of Bergen.
Count three accuses Wickings of the crime of endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor. In or about and between late June 2016 and November/early December, in the Town of Bergen, Wickings knowingly acted in a manner likely to be injurious to the physical or moral welfare of a child less than 17 years old, a 9 year old female.
In count 4, Wickings is accused of sexual abuse 1st, a class D violent felony, after subjecting another person to sexual contact when the other person was less than 11 years old, a 6 year old male. The incident occurred in the Town of Stafford on or about September 16, 2017.
In count 5, Wickings is accused of endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor, after he knowingly acted in a manner likely to be injurious to the physical , mental or moral welfare of a child less than 17 years old, a six year old male.
