Casey Ingalls, 29, of Perry, was taken into custody on a bench warrant after he was observed on Main Street in Perry on September 12, 2018,by Officer Smith.
Ingalls allegedly failed to pay fine in Perry Town Court stemming from a DWI/drug arrest earlier this year by the New York State Police.
Ingalls was arraigned in Perry Town Court by Justice Bogart who released Ingalls on recognizance after setting a time up for Ingalls to pay a fine.
