A Mt. Morris man was taken into custody Tuesday evening on a Superior Court Warrant issued by Wyoming County Court Judge Michael Mohun.
Roger Yencer, 42, was indicted and accused of Grand Larceny 4th in the theft of a vehicle after an incident that occurred in the Village of Perry in July of this year.
Yencer was located at the Country Inn and Suites in Mt. Morris and was taken into custody by Perry Police Officer Greg Smith with assistance from Mt. Morris Police Officers Ryan Regal and Dave Beers.
He was remanded to the Wyoming County Jail pending arraignment in County Court.
