GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Batavia man arrested after the report of a suspicious male behind BJ’s

Anthony A. Leone, 50, of Jackson Ave., Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 4th, a class C felony, and criminally using drug paraphernalia 2nd, a class A misdemeanor after an investigation by Sheriff’s Deputies.

On September 24, 2018, Deputies Kyle Krzemien and Howard Wilson responded to BJ’s Wholesale Club following the report of a suspicious male in the area of the store.

Following an investigation, Leone was allegedly found to be in possession of a quantity of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia.

He was arraigned in Batavia Town Court by Judge Cleveland and then jailed without bail.

The investigation is ongoing and additional charges are pending.

The Genesee County Drug Task Force assisted in the investigation.

 

 

Falicia N. Tuczai, 27, of East Bethany LeRoy Rd., Stafford, is charged with harassment 2nd/physical contact after a domestic incident on Ellicott street road in Bethany on September 24, 2018.

Tuczai allegedly bit the male victim causing physical injury following a verbal argument.

Tuczai was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Bethany Court on October 23, 2018.
