Marc C. Cook, 28, of Church St., Basom, was arrested on two arrest warrants for failure to appear in City Court on September 21, 2018
Cook was arraigned and jailed in lieu of $1,000 cash or bond bail and re-appeared in City Court today.
Michael L. Jennings, 54, of Jackson St., Batavia, was arrested for allegedly owning an unlicensed dog on September 21, 2018.
Jennings was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on October 9, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
Melody J. McMaster, 47, of Washington Ave., Batavia, is charged with trespass following an incident on Harvester avenue on September 23, 2018.
McMaster had been previously advised to not be on the property by police prior to this alleged incident.
She will appear in City Court on October 2, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
Darazian W. Williams, 25, of Hutchins St., Batavia, and Tomlin M. Jaequele, 23, of Main St., LeRoy, are each charged with unlawful possession of marijuana for allegedly possessing marijuana during an investigation on a traffic stop at 234 Ellicott street on September 28, 2018.
