WYOMING COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Arcade teen bites family member then drives vehicle with family member hanging out of the vehicle

A 17 year old female was arrested following a domestic incident in the Town of Arcade on September 30, 2018.

The female allegedly bit a family member and then drove her vehicle in reverse with a family member half in and half out of the vehicle.

The teen is charged with attempted assault 3rd and reckless endangerment 2nd.

She was arraigned in the Town of Arcade Court where she was released to the pre-trial supervision program. She is scheduled to return to the Town of Arcade Court at a later date for further court action.

 

Kellie M. Noel, 38, of Centerville, NY, was arrested for issuing a bad check and grand larceny 4th on September 25, 2018.

Noel issued a check to a local business in the Town of Sheldon in the amount of $2,000. Noel’s account had insufficient funds at the time of issuance. Noel was arrested and arraigned on the charges and was released on recognizance and is to appear in the Town of Sheldon Court at a later date.

 

Malik R. Laguerre-Neal, 18, of  Brooklynn, NY, was arrested after he was stopped for speeding on Rt. 20A in Varysburg on September 29, 2018.
Laguerre-Neal was westbound on Rt. 20A in the Town of Sheldon when he was stopped for speeding. A check of his license showed he had (3) active suspensions out of Kings County, New York.
He was issued a summons for speed in zone and aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd with an appearance date set in the Town of Sheldon Court on October 22, 2018 at 6:30p.m.
