GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Woman arrested after allegedly violating court order

Rachel B. Solomon, 26, of North Lake Rd., Pembroke, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd, endangering the welfare of a child, obstruction of governmental administration 2nd and resisting arrest after an investigation into a reported violation of a court order on Meadville road on the Tonawanda Indian Reservation on September 29. 2018.

Solomon allegedly violated an order of protection by being present at the residence of the protected party.

During the investigation she became uncooperative and her actions placed a child in danger. She then resisted arrest.

Solomon was arraigned in the Town of Alabama Court and jailed in lieu of $10,000 cash bail.

 

 

Megan E. King, 24, of Fisher Rd., Alabama, is charged with DWI and driving with a BAC of .08% or more following an investigation of a motor vehicle accident on Rt. 5 in the Town of Pembroke on July 26, 2018.

King was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Pembroke Town Court on October 4, 2018.

 

On September 26, 2018, following a domestic incident, a household member of a residence on Chick Road in Darien was arrested for menacing 3rd and harassment 2nd. Name, address and age were not disclosed in the press release.

The subject was arraigned in Darien Town Court and released on his own recognizance.

He is scheduled to appear in Darien Town Court on October 23, 2018 at 4:00p.m.
