Susan A. Samanka, 55, of W. Main St. Rd., Batavia, is charged with sex offender registry violation following an investigation on October 10, 2018 for allegedly failing to register her change of address as a registered sex offender.
Samanka was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on November 1, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
Steven D. Smires, 23, of Clay St., LeRoy, is charged with trespassing after a complaint on Warsaw road in LeRoy on October 10, 2018.
Smires allegedly entered and remained unlawfully in the backyard of a residence.
He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of LeRoy Court on November 5, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
