On October 9, 2018, at 11:38P.M., Troopers out Warsaw arrested Daniel B. Cochran, 63 of East Bethany, NY, for driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI, moving from a lane unsafely, refusal to take breath test and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Troopers stopped Cochran on Rt. 20A in the Town of Orangeville for failure to maintain operation of vehicle in designated lane. Cochran was placed under arrest after failing multiple field sobriety tests and found in possession of marijuana. He was transported to State Police/Warsaw for processing. Cochran recorded a .18% BAC.
He was issued traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Orangeville court for October 24, 2018, at 6:30P.M.
