BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Man charged with making a terroristic threat while being arrested on a warrant

On October 18, 2018, Batavia Police arrested Brandon J. Welch, 23, of E. Main St., Batavia on an arrest warrant for falsely reporting an incident 3rd, torturing/injure/not feeding an animal and owning/harboring an unlicensed dog.

During the arrest, Welch was also charged with making a terroristic threat.

He was jailed without bail and will appear in City Court on a later date.

 

 

John J. Saddler, 31, of E. Main St., Batavia, was taken into custody after violating an order of protection, 2 counts, on Watson street on October 14, 2018.

Saddler was arraigned in City Court and jailed on $2,500 cash bail or 5,000 bond bail and will return to court on October 23, 2018.

 

 

Todd J. Pangrazio, 42, of Pleasantview Dr., Lancaster, was arrested for failing to appear after an appearance ticket was served stemming from a traffic stop on March 4, 2018 in the City of Batavia.

Pangrazio was arraigned in City Court on October 17, 2018 and is currently being held at the Genesee County Jail on $1,000 cash or bond.
