WYOMING COUNTY/Perry woman accused of driving with a suspended license

Shawnna L. Lamont, 28, of Perry, was arrested following a traffic stop on Nesbitt Road in the Town of Orangeville on October 19, 2018.

Lamont was stopped for failing to keep right. It was also determined that Lamont only possessed a NYS ID only due to Lamont’s driving privileges being suspended in New York State. She had a total of 5 suspensions (5 on 3 dates).

On 03/09/18, and 03/07/18 Lamont was suspended twice out of the Town of Lockport for failure to pay fines.

On 2/27/18, she was suspended for failure to pay fine out of the Town of Pavilion.

On 10/02/12 Lamont was suspended for failure to pay for driver responsibility assessment.

On 07/05/12 she was suspended for DWAI/Alcohol.  Lamont was found to possess a controlled substance.

She is charged with failure to keep right, aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd and criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th .

Lamont was arraigned by Justice Errington in Warsaw Town Court. She has a return date in the Town of Orangeville Court on November 19, 2018.
