Brandon M. Burgess, 31, of Maltby Rd., Oakfield, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, inadequate exhaust and following too closely following a traffic stop on Lewiston road on October 26, 2018.
Burgess was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on November 15, 2018 at 1:00 p.m.
Jordan Edenholm, 30, of Gabbey road, Pembroke, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, speeding in a zone and improper left turn on Rt. 63 in Batavia on October 27, 2018, after a traffic stop for speeding.
Edenholm will appear in Batavia Town Court on November 22, 2018 at 1:00 p.m.
