Victoria L. Jacques, 49, of Seward Rd., Alexander, is charged with DWI and aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC 0f .18% or more, after a traffic offenses complaint on Broadway road in Bethany on October 27, 2018.
Jacques had pulled her vehicle over to the side of the road when deputies stopped out with her.
She was allegedly intoxicated while operating her vehicle. She was transported to the Genesee County Jail where she was released on appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Bethany Court on November 22, 2018 at 7:00p.m.
Thomas A. Torrens Jr., 23, of Overlook Dr., Batavia, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and speeding in a zone after a traffic stop on Main street road in Batavia on October 28, 2018.
Torrens allegedly was in possession of marijuana in the vehicle her was operating.
He was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on November 12, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
