BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Woman accused of stealing from her employer

Breanna C. Toal, 22, of Dellinger Ave., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny and falsifying business record 1st following an investigation into the report that Toal allegedly stole from her employer while working at 7-Eleven at 505 East Main street on October 28, 2018.

Toal was processed and released and an appearance ticket was issued. She will appear in City Court on November 13, 2018 at 1:00p.m.

 

 

Jamie M. Ficarella, 42, of Liberty St., Batavia, is charged with conspiracy 6th and grand larceny 4th/value greater than $1,000, after an investigation into an incident at 563 East Main street in Batavia on October 28, 2018.

Ficarella responded to the Batavia Police Headquarters and was arrested .

She was issued an appearance ticket and released and will appear in City Court on November 13, 2018 at 1:00p.m.

 

 

John P. Wittkopp, 35, of Columbia Ave., Batavia, is charged with conspiracy 6th and grand larceny 4th after an investigation into an incident at 365 Main street on October 27, 2018.

Wittkopp responded to the Batavia Police Headquarters and was arrested.

He was issued an appearance ticket and released and will appear in City Court on November 13, 2018.

 

 

Aaron L. Klein, 47, no permanent address, Batavia, is charged with 3 counts of petit larceny following an investigation into property that was stolen from a residence on Montclair avenue on July 26, 2018.

Klein, who is already being held at the Genesee County Jail on unrelated charges, was issued an appearance ticket on the new charges and will appear in City Court on November 13, 2018 at 1:00 p.m.

 

 

Olivia J. Paganin, 29, of Myrtle St., LeRoy, was arrested by LeRoy Police officer Kellogg on a Batavia City Court bench warrant from October 16, 2018.

Paganin was arraigned in City Court on November 1, 2018 and jailed. She will re-appear in City Court on a later date.
