Plush Dozier, 22, of Kelly St., Rochester, is charged with attempted menacing of a police officer and criminal mischief 3rd following an incident that occurred on August 20, 2018 at 8:54a.m..
Dozier allegedly damaged the door in the back of a Genesee County Sheriff’s Department vehicle while he was being transported to court for an appearance. Dozier also allegedly attempted to menace a police officer during the same incident.
A Genesee County Grand Jury indicted Plush Dozier, accusing him of the crime of arson 1st, a class A-1 felony earlier in August of 2018
In the late night or early morning hours of June 15th to the 16th, 2018, Dozier is accused of intentionally damaging a building, a residence at 35 Maple street in the City of Batavia, by causing a fire. The fire caused serious physical injury to another person who lived at that location.
In count two of the indictment, Dozier is accused of the crime of attempted murder 2nd, a class B felony.
On or about the late night of June 15, 2018 or the early morning of June 16, 2018, at 35 Maple street in the City of Batavia, intended to commit the crime of murder in the second degree/intentionally causing the death of another person, and engaged in conduct tended to affect the commission of such crime.
Dozier was arraigned on the new charges in City Court and will re-appear in City Court on November 9, 2018 at 1:30p.m.
Tyrone Lee Doward Jr., 28, of N. Spruce St., Batavia, is charged with DWI and driving with a BAC of .08% or more following an investigation into a suspicious vehicle at the 490 Truck Stop in LeRoy.
On November 3, 2018, Doward Jr. was allegedly parked at the truck stop after hours when the business was closed.
Doward Jr. was transported to the jail and processed. He was issued appearance tickets and will appear in the town of LeRoy Court on November 26, 2018 at 6:00p.m.
