BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Albion man charged with assault in domestic incident

Lawrence W. Worsley, 38, of Ridge Rd., Albion, is charged with assault 3rd after an investigation into a domestic incident that occurred at a residence on Vine street on November 2, 2018.

Worsley was transported to the Batavia Police Department for processing and was then arraigned in City Court before Judge Balbick.

He was held on $2,500 cash bail and $5,000 bond bail and will re-appear in City Court on November 9, 2018 at 11:00a.m.

 

 

Tyanna D. Green, 23, of Walnut St., Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of stolen property 4th, identity theft 3rd and petit larceny after Green allegedly used a stolen debit card to make multiple ATM withdrawals on September 11, 2018.

Green was arraigned in City Court on November 1, 2018 and was jailed without bail and re-appeared in City Court on November 2, 2018.

 

 

Teshawn A. Lang- Smith, 22, of Pearl St., Batavia, is charged with criminal mischief 3rd and harassment 2nd after a domestic incident on Bank Street on November 2, 2018.

Lang-Smith allegedly damaged property belonging to another person.

He was arraigned City Court and jailed on $2,000 cash or bond bail. Lang-Smith re-appeared in City Court on November 5, 2018.

 

 

Riley K. Davis, 21, of Gilbert Rd., Bergen, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and a muffler exhaust violation after a traffic stop on Clinton street on November 3, 2018.

Davis was found to be in possession of marijuana and was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on November 13, 2018 at 1:00p.m.

 

 

Joseph W. Morrow, 18, of Ellicott St., Batavia, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after a traffic stop on Cedar street on November 5, 2018. Morrow was found to be in possession of marijuana during the traffic stop. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

Morrow will appear in City Court on November 20, 2018.
