Angela M. Torcello, 35, of West Main St. Rd., Batavia, is charged with falsifying business records 1st, grand larceny 4th/credit card and petit larceny after an investigation into an incident that occurred on May 8, 2018 on Main street in Batavia.
Torcello allegedly utilized a credit card that she stole to purchase products from a traveling vendor.
She was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on November 26, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
