PERRY POLICE REPORT/Man allegedly fights with police during domestic dispute

On November 18, 2018, at about 9:46a.m., the Perry Police Department was investigating a domestic incident on Borden Ave.

It is alleged that during the investigation, Joseph Spring, 23,  got into a physical altercation with an Officer inside the residence.

Spring was arrested for attempted assault 2nd and obstruction of governmental administration 2nd.

Spring was arraigned in the Village of Warsaw Court in front of Judge Blythe. Judge Blythe remanded Spring to the Wyoming County Jail on $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond. He is due to appear in the Village of Perry Court in December of 2018.
