UPDATE: The charges in this case will be dismissed on December 11, 2019.
According to District Attorney Donald O’Geen, As part of a global resolution, Courtney Hoffman was granted an adjournment in contemplation of dismissal for 6 months due to the fact that she has surrendered her NYS Day Care License.
While adjourned, Hoffman must abstain from violating the law, with the exception of minor traffic violations.

After an investigation by the Perry Police Department, Courtney Hoffman, 29, of Perry, NY, was arrested for endangering the welfare of a child on November 21, 2018.
