Matthew J. Florian, 30, of Pratt Rd., Batavia, was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to comply with the terms of his conditional release stemming from a DWI guilty plea.
Florian was arraigned in City Court on December 11, 2018 and released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to re-appear in court on December 13, 2018 at 9:30a.m.
Jennifer N. Wenner, 31, of W. Main St., LeRoy, was arrested on two bench warrants after police responded to a suspicious condition at 516 East Main street on December 11, 2018.
While on scene, police arrested Wenner on the bench warrants.
She was arraigned in City Court in front of Judge Balbick and released.
Wenner will re-appear in court on January 30, 2019 at 12:30p.m.
