Debra L. Mattoon, 39, of Oakfield, is charged with grand larceny 4th, petit larceny and identity theft 3rd following an investigation into a larceny that occurred in the City Of Batavia on December 3, 2018.
Mattoon was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court on December 15th and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice. She will appear in City Court on December 21, 2018 at 10:00a.m.
Justin D. Petrovic, 38, of Oak Ridge Dr., Victor, NY, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of.18% or more and unsafe tire after a deputy checked on a vehicle that was roadside at 5899 Main road in Stafford on December 16, 2018.
Petrovic was allegedly operating his vehicle on Rt. 5 when his vehicle became inoperable from a flat tire.
He was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Stafford Court on January 17, 2019 at 6:00p.m.
