GENESEE COUNTY/Indictments

A Genesee County Grand Jury has indicted Michael D. Kopyscianski, accusing him of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, a class B felony, after knowingly and unlawfully possessing lysergic acid and diethylamide with intent to sell it on or about June 19, 2018 in the Town of Darien.

In counts two and three, Kopyscianski is accused of criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th , a class A misdemeanor, after unlawfully possessing a controlled substance, Alprazolam and Suboxone on June 19, 2018 in the Town of Darien.

Kopyscianski was previously convicted of the crime of criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, a class A misdemeanor, on January 3, 2013 in Saratoga Springs, NY. He was also convicted of the same charge on May 6, 2005 in the City of Newburgh, NY.

Jeffrey A. Youngs was indicted and accused of DWI, a class E felony, after operating a 2003 Toyota on Rt. 98/Oak street on  October 27, 2018 in the town and city of Batavia in an intoxicated condition.

In count 2, Youngs is accused of DWI per se, as a class E felony, after operating his vehicle on RT. 98/Oak street in the town and city of Batavia on October 27, 2018 while he had a .08% or more BAC.

In count 3, Youngs is accused of driving across official markings on October 27, 2018.

In count 4, Youngs is accused of the offense of consumption or possession of an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle, a violation.

Youngs was previously convicted of the crime of DWI, a misdemeanor, on June 12, 2017 in the City of Batavia and said conviction was within ten years previous to the current alleged crimes in the indictment.

Josh J. Peterman was indicted and accused of driving while intoxicated, a class E felony,  and driving while intoxicated per se, a class E felony, on June 28, 2018 in the Town of Darien.

Peterman was operating a 1998 Honda on Park road, a public highway, private road or parking lot while in an intoxicated condition with a BAC of .08% or more.

Peterman was previously convicted of DWI, per se as a misdemeanor on June 28, 2012 in Binghamton, NY
