STATE POLICE REPORT/Pembroke man found with loaded firearm in his vehicle after a traffic stop

On December 5, 2018 at 9:56a.m., Troopers out of SP Batavia arrested Joseph A. Ciociola Jr., 20, of Pembroke, for criminal possession of a weapon 4th, unlawful possession of marijuana, possessing a loaded firearm in a motor vehicle along with vehicle and traffic violations.

Troopers stopped Ciociola on Akron Road in the town of Pembroke for speeding. While interviewing Ciociola, the odor of marijuana was present.

During a probable cause search of his vehicle, Ciociola was found to be in possession of marijuana, brass/metal knuckles, and two loaded and chambered firearms.

Ciociola was issued appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in the town of Pembroke court later this month.


On December 5, 2018 at 1:00p.m., Troopers out of SP Albion arrested Desiree C. Mueller, 27, of Albion, for the misdemeanor of petit larceny.

Troopers were dispatched to Walmart in the town of Albion where employees stated they observed Mueller take over $100 in selected merchandise and exit the store.

She was arrested and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Albion court later this month.
