On December 24, 2018 at 5:08p.m., Troopers out of SP Batavia arrested Daniel E. King, 42 of Pembroke, NY for petit larceny.
Troopers were dispatched to Ye Olde Willow Bend Inn in the town of Batavia for a larceny complaint. Upon arrival, the complainant advised Troopers on scene that a green pick-up truck pulled up next to the business, the front passenger exited the vehicle, and proceeded to steal a sign to the business.
The registration and suspect description was provided to the Troopers.
The information provided quickly led to the arrest of King who was given an appearance ticket returnable to Batavia Town Court for January 2019.
