Tevin A. Dowdell, 40, of Clifford Ave., Rochester, is charged with felony DWI, speeding in a 55mph zone, refusal to take a breath test, operating without an interlock device, uninspected motor vehicle and aggravated unlicensed operation 1st after a traffic stop on Clinton Street road in Bergen on December 31, 2018.
Dowdell was arraigned in Bergen Town Court and jailed in lieu of $2,000 cash or $4,000 bond bail and will re-appear in court today at 4:00p.m.
Andrew J. Rock, 32, of Judge Rd., Oakfield, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after a traffic stop on Alleghany road in Alabama on December 29, 2018.
Rock was a passenger in the vehicle and he allegedly was in possession of a quantity of marijuana in the glove compartment and a smoking pipe in the passenger door.
He will appear in Alabama Town Court on January 16, 2019 to answer the charge.
Damian Schoonmaker, 20, of Smith St., Rochester, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after allegedly possessing marijuana inside his 2000 Buick LeSabre on Lewiston road on December 31, 2018.
He will appear in Oakfield Town Court to answer the charge on January 21, 2019.
