Lashawn Brown-Dixie is accused of the crime of aggravated DWI as a class E felony after operating her vehicle, a 2016 Chevy, on the NYS Thruway in the Town of Stafford, allegedly with a BAC of .18% or more of alcohol in her blood as shown by a chemical analysis of her breath on September 17, 2018.

In count two of the indictment, Brown-Dixie is accused of DWI, a class E felony, after allegedly operating her vehicle on the NYS Thruway in Stafford on September 17, 2018, allegedly in an intoxicated condition.

Brown-Dixie was previously convicted of DWI as a misdemeanor on December 14, 2010 in the Town of Marathon , NY. The conviction was within the last 10 years.

Jacob M. Balla Sr., has been indicted and accused of the crime of criminal contempt 1st, a class E felony, after violating an order of protection in Pembroke on October 19, 2018.

Balla Sr. allegedly threatened the person who was protected by subjecting that person to physical contact . Balla Sr. had intent to harass, annoy, threaten or alarm the person by striking, shoving or kicking.

In count two of the indictment, Balla Sr. is accused of harassment 2nd, a violation. On October 19, 2018, in the Town of Pembroke, he allegedly had intent to harass, annoy or alarm another person, struck, kicked or otherwise subjected the other person to physical contact or attempted or threatened to do the same.
