STATE POLICE/Warsaw man arrested for driving while impaired by drugs

On December 29, 2018, Troopers out of State Police in Warsaw arrested Duane K. Miller, 53, of Warsaw, NY, for driving while ability impaired by drugs.

Troopers located a vehicle pulled over in the roadway on Route 20A in Town of Perry.  Troopers interviewed Miller and he advised that he had taken prescription medication. 

Standard Field Sobriety Tests were administered and Miller was taken to State Police in Warsaw to be evaluated by a Drug Recognition Expert (DRE). 

Miller is charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs. He was arraigned in the Town of Perry court and remanded to Wyoming County jail on $10,000 cash and $20,000 bond.
