Ernest D. Lane, 60, of Ellicott St., Batavia, is charged with assault 3rd after an incident on January 1, 2019 where he allegedly injured another person during a physical altercation on Ellicott street.
Lane was arrested on January 3, 2019.
He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in City Court on January 8, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
Cody J. Wenner, 28, of Oak St., Batavia, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child and harassment 2nd after allegedly pushing a juvenile to the ground during an altercation on Walnut street on January 1, 2019.
Wenner was arraigned in City Court and released on recognizance.
Wenner re-appeared on January 4, 2019.
