Bradly C. Lund, 21, of Lake View Park, Rochester, is charged with sexual abuse 1st, criminal sex act 1st and endangering the welfare of a child after an incident on Pearl Street road in Batavia on December 1, 2018.
Lund is accused of having oral sexual contact with a male victim less than 11 years old.
He was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court on January 17, 2019.
