STATE POLICE/Holley man charged after his vehicle struck a house

On January 19, 2019, Albion Troopers arrested Lawrence R. Lentz, 44, of Holley, NY for Driving while Intoxicated.

Troopers responded to the intersection of Route 104 and Route 237 in the town of Murray for a report of a vehicle that struck a house. 

After interviewing the operator, Lentz, revealed signs of allegedly being intoxicated. Lenti subsequently fails standardized field sobriety tests at the scene and was arrested for DWI and transported to State Police/Albion, where a chemical test revealed a .11% BAC.

Lentz was issued traffic tickets to appear in the town of Murray court later this month.
