Paul Kittisack, 53, of S. Main St., Batavia and Heidi L. Harder, 43, of Montclair Ave., Batavia, are each charged with petit larceny after allegedly shoplifting at Tops Supermarkets at 390 West Main street on February 6, 2019.
Kittisack was issued an appearance ticket at 4:30p.m. and will appear in City Court on February 19, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
Harder was issued an appearance ticket at 2:19a.m. and will appear in City Court on February 12, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
