GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Elba man wanted on warrants, charged after driving a tractor trailer without a license

Christian D. Boyce, 55, of Watson Rd., Elba, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd, unlicensed driver, operating a motor vehicle out of class, unregistered motor vehicle and unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on North Byron road in the Town of Elba on February 9, 2019 at 8:38a.m.

Boyce allegedly was wanted on an arrest warrant and a bench warrant out of the Town of Elba Court and was operating a tractor trailer without a license. Boyce was recognized by a deputy while he was operating the tractor trailer and was then pulled over.

He was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail on $500 cash bail. Boyce will re-appear in the Town of Elba Court on February 20, 2019 at 5:00p.m.

Daniel J. Geller, 35, of Moulton Ave., Tonawanda, is charged with aggravated DWI, DWI and failed to use designated lane after an investigation into a property damage accident on Main road in Pembroke on February 10, 2019.

Geller was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on March 5, 2019 at 4:30p.m.

Christopher J. R. Diers, 36, of State St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing property from Wal-Mart on Veteran’s Memorial Drive on February 8, 2019.

Diers was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia court on February 25, 2019.
