ORLEANS COUNTY/Holley man runs from police after domestic incident

On February 10, 2019, at 1:50 P.M., Orleans County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Eric J. Lorback, 32, of East Lee Road, Holley, following an alleged violent domestic incident.

Lorback fled from the residence on foot into a wooded area near the house.

Sheriff’s deputies working together with Troopers from S.P. Albion, were able to establish a perimeter while Deputy J.J. Cole and K-9 Otto searched the area.

The Sheriff’s K-9 team was able to locate the suspect and take him into custody without incident.

Lorback is charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, harassment in the 2nd degree and 3 counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Lorback was arraigned in the Town of Clarendon Court before the Hon. Justice DiFante.

Lorback was served an order of rotection, released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to return to court on February 11, 2019 at 7:00P.M.
