GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Two Rochester residents facing felony drug charges after 6 month investigation

Trevon R. Slaughter

Trevon R. Slaughter, 20, of Affinity Lane, Rochester, is charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, both class B felonies, after a 6 month investigation into the possession, transportation and sale of crack cocaine in and around the City of Batavia.

Slaughter allegedly sold a quantity of crack cocaine to an agent of the Genesee County Drug Task Force on two separate occasions.

Slaughter was arrested on February 12, 2019 and arraigned in Genesee County Court. He was remanded to the Genesee County Jail with bail set at $25,000 cash and $50,000 bond bail.

Edwin S. Coleman

Edwin S. Coleman, 52, of Wilson St., Rochester is charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd and criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, both class B felonies, after a 6 month investigation into the possession, transportation and sale of crack cocaine in and around Genesee County.

Coleman allegedly sold a quantity of crack cocaine to an agent of the Genesee County Local Drug Task Force on two separate occasions.

Coleman was arrested on February 13, 2019 and arraigned in Genesee County Court. He was released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.

Nicholas M. Korczak, 33, of Pike Rd., Batavia, is charged with aggravated harassment 2nd after allegedly threating violence via text message on February 6, 2019.

Korczak was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and released on his own recognizance. He will return to the Town of Batavia Court on March 12, 2019.

Nicholas E. Kabalan, 21, of Batavia Bethany Townline Rd., Bethany, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, unlawful possession of marijuana, speed not reasonable and prudent, drinking and possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle after a property damage accident on Oak Orchard road in Elba on February 13, 2019.

Kabalan was issued appearance tickets and will appear in Elba Town Court on March 20, 2019 at 5:00p.m.
