Erica M. Raphael, 34, of Pratt Rd., Batavia, was arrested on two warrants for bail jumping 3rd and petit larceny from October 29, 2018, after being located on February 18, 2019 in Orleans County.
Raphael was turned over to the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office and arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court. She was released on her own recognizance and will re-appear on February 25, 2019.

First of all Idk why everyone is worried me but because everyone has an opinion I will give u there facts first of all I have done great I have changed completely the way they wrote that was completely false so no I did not get a petiy larceny it was a trespassing because yes I once was going thru alot and no I will not make an accuse for my behavior I am truly ashamed for the way my past once was but all I can do is go from here I have gone thru exstream depression and anxiety which lead to the things I did get a tressping charge because I thought I was allowed bk into the store after 2 yrs after the incident but now I know I have to go above the courts and speak with the coreparation to get bk in so when I was going to court I assumed that the court proceedings were over and I of course rushed the process so again I am.sorry for that I hope now that’s I can fix this go bk and fix this issue but i am not a scumbag or a loser I am human yes I have faults but I don’t think it’s cute to talk about someone like that endless u know the situation and I don’t think it’s anyone business and I got bail in the one court so I bailed out with 300 dollars of my families hard earned money so don’t think that saying falger things like I sucked a judge off is cute it’s disgusting and very childish an adult that has class should speak Like that grow up everyone
