An Allegany County woman was arrested on a warrant for grand larceny 4th following an investigation of a banking check scam at a financial institution in the Town of Warsaw on February 15, 2019
Jessica Ackerman, 35, of Fillmore, N.Y., was arrested on a warrant and was arraigned before Warsaw Justice Errington.
Ackerman was committed to jail on $2,500 bail and is scheduled to re-appear in Warsaw Court at a later date.
