BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Pratt road man charged after attempting to leave store with cart full of items

Michael E. Weichman, 24, of Pratt Rd., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument after allegedly attempting to leave Tops Supermarket, located at 390 West Main street, with a cart full of items which he did not pay for on February 23, 2019.

Weichman was also allegedly found to be in possession of a hypodermic instrument at the time of his arrest.

He is to appear in City Court on February 26, 2019 at 1:00p.m.

Phillip P. Heale, 40, of Linwood Ave., Batavia, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd and inadequate or no stop lamps after he was observed operating a motor vehicle at 128 Cedar street with a suspended driver’s license on February 17, 2019.

Heale was arraigned in City Court and released on recognizance

Brittany L. Bolton, 18, of Cedar St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after a complaint of a larceny of a gold chain from a vehicle on February 18, 2019 at 200 Oak street.

Bolton turned herself in at the Batavia Police Department Headquarters and was processed and released with appearance tickets.

She will appear in City Court on February 26, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
