BATAVIA/Man picked up on warrants after wanted poster released by police

Michael L. Jackson, 38, was arrested by the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office on February 25, 2019 and turned over to the City of Batavia Police after being picked up on four warrants out of Batavia City Court.

Jackson was wanted on warrants for aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd, unlicensed operator for an incident at 40 City Centre on December 3, 2018.

A warrant out of Batavia City Court for petit larceny on Ellicott street on December 8, 2018.

Also on two warrants for failure to appear on January 10, 2019.

Jackson was jailed in lieu of bail on the failure to appear warrants and will appear in City Court on February 28, 2019.
